Our 4-week Beginner Improv course is designed specifically for everyday adults who want to laugh, grow, and build genuine connection in a completely supportive, 100% welcoming space. Whether you're curious about improv, want to meet fun new people in the local community, looking to improve your creativity, public speaking skills, or everyday communication skills, or simply want to try something new and fun, this course gives you the exact playground to do it. Over four weekly sessions, we'll teach you the fundamentals of improv and build your improv foundation from the ground up. You'll learn the core principles of Yes-And and Got-Your-Back, as well as listening actively, staying present in the moment, and trusting your natural instincts. There's nothing to prepare, no pressure to perform, and absolutely no need to be quick, clever, or funny. Just show up as yourself, and we'll guide you through the rest! Every class is packed with low-stress exercises, group games, and plenty of infectious laughter. By the end of the four weeks, you'll be amazed at how comfortable, creative, and spontaneous you feel both in and outside of class.
